Tracy Vincent in my opinion is the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She knows the real estate market very well and what she does not know she will find out for you. Her knowledge of the market gives you piece of mind whether it is favorable or unfavorable. For example my husband and I had been looking for a new home for over a year. We had disappointment after disappointment. On our last viewing of a beautiful home, Tracy knew our budget but suggested we increase our budget and offer a little more than the asking price. Needless to say we got the home we had been searching for. The whole process was stress free and Tracy handled everything. She communicated every step of the way! I entrusted her with all the details of the paperwork, title work, disclosures, and amendments. If there was something we didn’t understand she was only a phone call, text or email away.
