Tracy was very knowledgeable and patient while helping my husband and I purchase our first home. She worked hard to get everything completed for us. I went through numerous houses before I found one I liked, I was running against time because my lease was going to be up in a month! When I found one I liked it was up to the appraisal and it appraised way under and the sellers would not sell the house for what it was honestly worth so I walked. Feeling stressed about time, Tracy said set them up and will see them! When I found it, I loved it more than "liked" it. She had to deal with a rude realtor to get my money back from the previous home , it was not "as easy as pye". Needless to say Tracy saw this all the way through 4 months! She cares!
