Excellent at Going Above and Beyond for Customers

We worked with Tracy on two different transactions as both a buyer and a seller. She was a great communicator and planner, providing insights into how we could increase the value of our home ahead of putting it on the market as a seller and giving us pointers on what to look for in a property as a buyer. She routinely went above and beyond on each transaction, from engaging with the seller on issues identified both during the walkthrough and during the warranty period for a new home to keeping us informed on communications with the buying agent so we could anticipate a response ahead of time. The market knowledge she provided helped us feel comfortable with our transactions. We will absolutely work with Tracy on future transactions!
