Tracy is very knowledge, professional and caring. She goes over and beyond always. She has been our realtor and only realtor since we met her. She has sold three homes for us and was our realtor in the purchase of our last two homes. . She worked tirelessly for us;helped us showcase our homes, helped me personally with understanding the contract, pricing,and negotiated with the buyer on our behalf with so many issues that arose. She is very calming and encouraging ,the list goes on and on. Since my husband was not well, she was instrumental in helping me pick out a mover(we were leaving Florida and going back to NY), by interviewing them with me, negotiating the cost and , setting up packing and moving dates not to mention being with me for the closing. We could not have made the move without her!! She is compassionate, caring, always returns your calls, answers all your questions and like I said very very knowledgeable and very professional. It was never just about the sale. It was about you as a person and everything she could to make the sale or buy a very easy, intelligent, profitable, and pleasurable experience. She was a God sent for us. She has become our very dear friend. We recommend her highly!
