Boy, where to begin. Tracy is everything you have read in her reviews and more. She makes it feel like she is only working for you, and obviously she is not. She is there for you in every step on the way, in person, or by phone, or text. Which ever way you deem necessary. She has great contacts. Her suggestion to use a particular mortgage lender was wonderful. We closed in under thirty days. My bank would have taken over sixty days! Closing was a breeze, even with Covid 19 precautions! Tracy was absolutely the best decision we could have made to help us sell our home. It was the first time we had ever sold a home and we were very unfamiliar with the process.
