Tracy Tonnesen

This is my third home that I purchased but the first home in Amador City with the help of Tracy. The home was built in 1880 so it was no easy task to even get it ready for the appraisal. Tracy helped line up all the contractors that I needed to make it happen. She is very professional and thorough. Tracy has great communication skills and always returns phone calls, texts and emails. I would highly recommend to use Tracy as your real estate professional. She is on top of her game!!!

Tracy was great to work with. We were looking for the setting more than the house, but Tracy found us the perfect house, with the perfect setting that met all of our requirements. She showed endless patience as I drug her around to dozens of properties that I was sure based on the pictures on the web site would be perfect. When she suggested that I look at the house we ended up buying I was a little reluctant since it was out of the area we were originally looking at. She was right and we made an offer the next week. I would recommend her to anyone.
