We began working with Tracy in February 2020. I wasn't sure what to expect and considering this was the first time in buying a home, I was a little nervous. Tracy made us feel very at ease though and was thoroughly prepared while always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. In addition, she has an eye for things to be aware of within the homes and neighborhoods so it helped us to avoid certain things or take in others. Then when Covid-19 hit, it became challenging but she ensured that we didn't skip a beat and helped us to adjust to the new rules without issue. Then the big day came where we finally found "our" home. She jumped right on it and made our dream home a reality. She continues to help us through things and stays in contact for our future move. We look forward to working with her again and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
