Tracy was exceptional to work with and gave us hope when we thought we had none. She was an excellent communicator and would always respond promptly and even met us within a few hours of reaching out for the first time. She is positive and pleasant to work with. She also moves very fast and had us under contract within a couple weeks of listing, even with a complicated house being sold 'as is.' I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that wants to sell their house or even buy one! I truly wish I could give her 10 stars, because she deserves it.
