You just can't do better than Tracy...starting with putting in new flower beds herself to increase my homes curb appeal then holding my hand all the way thru a very stressful process you just won't find a better agent. Other agents showed up w/comps and a contract...Tracy showed up with ideas on how to get the price I wanted to my finding her in my front yard putting in a flower bed with her own hands then offering to drive me to closing.
