I purchased a plot of land in Naples, Florida with Tracy. Tracy is diligent, down-to-earth, honest, and hardworking. All traits that you think most professionals would possess but unfortunately this is not always the case. The land/property was not a straightforward purchase as it had violations that required county, federal, and specialist consulting input. Tracy navigated all of this without shying away from the difficult questions and went above and beyond to find information and answer questions. Despite all of this Tracy made moving forward with the transaction a confidence-inspiring process. Tracy acted like a trusted partner, I really felt she cared and wasn't all about the sale. Tracy is knowledgeable, especially around the Estates, Rural, Land & Building. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and will hope to work with her again in the future.
