She asked me what did I want in a home and the where did I want to live. She went on the hunt for me until I found some I liked. She had 5 scheduled showings for me, but she saved the best for last. It was THE one! It was EVERYTHING I needed in a home. The condo is in a 55 and up small community in Deland. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Even the owner dropped by to explain things about the house. My immediate neighbor always asks if he can help with anything! He even greeted me with a slice of pie and some ice cream! Tracy knows what she is doing and what to look for, good and bad in a home. She will never steer you wrong and is always looking in your best interest. I don't even know where to start everything about working with Tracy has been a breeze. We met via text as she was traveling, came back from her trip, got my house on the market and sold within weeks found us our home, dealt with the most insane situations and did it all with a smile on her face. Was a stand in baby holder when I needed two hands to do something. Listened to me scream and cry when things got crazy. And she has a guy for EVERYTHING. In my quest of looking for a house to buy, and the help I needed to accomplish such an endeavor, I happen to find, to my good fortune, the best a could ask for in Tracy. Then there were issues when it came to dealing with the mortgage company. First it was about interest rates being changed higher constantly. Then, when I switched to another lender, there were issues regarding points being changed. It was another battle that with Tracy's help, was overcome.
