Tracy and the team were wonderful in helping us price, market and close the sale of our home. My Father was living there (age 91) and they were very accommodating to him with regards to visits and jumping through hoops to get paperwork signed.
Tracy did a great job of keeping us informed, answering all questions and checking the whole financial process all along the way to sale and closing on our FL home. She is bright, personable and knows real estate business. She even returned our Direct TV and internet equipment for us separately! She and Matt are top knotch brokers … would recommend them to anyone.
Tracy was very knowledgeable and thorough. She had excellent management of all of our deadlines from getting the inspector to calling the utility companies. We purchased a home from a seller who had the home built about 2 years before, Tracy was able to get us the detailed specs on the cabinets, tile color, paint color, appliances selected when building the house. I have never had a real estate agent so "hands-on" in the entire process from selection to closing.

We interviewed several realtors before we landed with Matt and Tracy. We found them through a recommendation of a friend in Minnesota. Tracy would go and look at places we identified via the website and give us her professional and valuable opinion. We listened and now have a home we love purchased in Floriday. Additionally, the entire offer and closing process was the smoothest I have ever experienced. The closing was done virtually and the numbers totally matched up along with the title search, etc. The process was seamless! That is saying something given we did the whole process without having traveled down to work directly with Matt and Tracy. If one is looking for a home on the Gulf-side of Florida, I highly recommend Matt and Tracy!!!

Tracy, Matt and the team assembled to get through not only finding a home, but one in a preferred location were fantastic. We found our home in a great school district yet close to the beach(es). The advice and counsel was insightful and very helpful. Additionally as we marched to closing Tracy, Matt, and the closing agents kept us informed and the whole closing process from inspection, title search/transfer, etc. was seamless and painless.
