Renovated a 4plex in Wimberly from apartments into condos. I needed Tracy to market and sell all my condos over a 6 month period as each was improved. She helped me with market trends, price point and options for improvements consistent with the local market for 2 bedroom one bath condos. She helped me manage the contractors, provide excellent staging of all units and listed all units on the MLS. She has a network of agents and sold all my condos for cash. My wife and I first met Tracy through an online inquiry of a listing of her’s. Being from out of state the first few interactions were via emails and phone calls.
