I first met Tracy in 2011 when I was moving to the USA from Swaziland. Tracy agreed to meet with me on a Saturday, after the first person I called told me he did not work Saturdays. She spent the whole of Saturday with me looking at houses, knowing full well that it would be at least a year before we moved permanently and that I was just gathering info about houses, prices locations etc. Tracy also explained the possibilities of investing in real estate which was something we had not even considered. We moved here in January 2012 and contacted Tracy on our arrival in Cartersville, and the fun started. We were looking for a home for ourselves, and our flavor of house changed often, but she grinned and bore with us. We ended up buying houses for rent well before buying our home. Operating from one of our investment houses we bought several more houses for rent. We finally were satisfied with a beautiful home on 21 acres in Calhoun Georgia which we moved into in November 2013. Tracy sighed with relief. Buy this time we had bought 8 houses for rental, which Tracy was managing for us. In 2015 we bought one more investment house. Through out this time we had great service from Tracy, with her managing our investments and keeping them occupied and rent collected. This year we have decided to sell our rental properties and Tracy again has been doing all of this with enthusiasm and commitment. She has given notice to our tenants, listed the houses, organized the loans, and all we have had to do is prepare the houses for sale where needed and sign the sale documentation. We have 2 properties left to sell and then we will be over that chapter. Tracy has made it possible for us, as immigrants, who did not have a lot when we arrived here, to achieve enough to retire and live the American dream. Thank you, Tracy.
