March of 2023 we decided to sell our home. As we began the process of hiring a realtor, we contacted my brother who had recently sold his home. He encouraged us to sign with Tracy and Bonnie Ross because they were fantastic realtors. We met with Tracy and listed our home. Due to the market change and rise in interest rates, our home closed 8 months later. Initially we had a buyer who fell through; Tracy was optimistic our home would sell. He was right, and it sold for a much higher offer than we thought would happen. Both Tracy and Bonnie were incredibly patient, great at explaining pros and cons of offers and gave us much needed hope. Twice they came to our home rather than meet in a realty office, which made us feel comfortable. They kept us updated and were always professional. I am sure the 8 month wait was frustrating on their end, but they did not convey that frustration. I would highly recommend their services.

Tracy Ross is an excellent realtor. He took care of everything we needed to both find and purchase our new home and also sell our previous home. He was knowledgeable about home comps. He was easy to reach when we needed information or had a concern. He had all the forms available online to sign. He made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. It can be a totally life consuming process to buy and sell a home but he made it a easy as possible and was with us each step of the way. He dealt with both the buyers realtor and sellers realtor so we did not have to negotiate with them directly but he communicated with us frequently and truthfully about any and all matters. We highly recommend Tracy as a realtor. His knowledge, integrity, open communication and support made our transition from one home to another a good process. We love the home we purchased and feel he negotiated the best price for it. We sold our home for a good price thanks to his help. He was present at our closing and helped us get an excellent title company.
