Tracy Pershall

Tracy worked hard to help me sell this low cost lot in Aransas Pass by staying engaged with suggestions and efforts to increase its appeal and reach to potential buyers in a difficult buyer's market. She provided lots of extra effort along the way, even submitting reports at no charge for a considerable amount of time and effort from her, that helped me rollback the unfounded and perverse proposed appraised value of San Patricio County. Her skills and experience really showed the way on this sale.
