Tracy Nelson has been an incredible realtor to work with over the course of nearly a decade. I first met Tracy when she was the seller's agent on the Brentwood home I purchased from her client, and even then, she stood out — she was professional, straightforward, and easy to work. Over the 7 years I owned that home, Tracy stayed in my corner. She was always happy to answer questions about the market and market rates, and when I decided to rent the property out, she helped me find tenants, including my very first one. She consistently went above and beyond what you'd expect from someone who'd already closed the deal years earlier. When it came time to sell, there was no question I'd list with Tracy, and she delivered true white-glove service from start to finish. She was proactive, responsive, and handled every issue with real urgency — from coordinating repairs to tracking down missing solar panel information, hiring someone to mow the lawn (and watering the lawn), and even personally being at the house to let the PG&E technician in to turn on the gas service. Nothing was too small for her to take care of. Tracy isn't just a great realtor for a single transaction — she's someone who genuinely looks out for her clients for years afterward. I can't recommend her highly enough.
