Tracy helped us with selling and buying. She’s able to get us a selling price that’s more than we expected. I thought it’s impossible to sell for that price when comparing to the history of the neighboring houses. I guess nothing is impossible with Tracy. Still not sure how she does it but she did it. We did have some unexpected delays from the buyer side but Tracy is always on top of it. She’s updating us constantly throughout the process. Selling and buying at the same time takes a lot of coordination but Tracy is able to help us navigate along the way, not to mention getting us good price purchasing our new home.
