Tracy was the best real estate agent I could imagine. She answered questions right away and helped me with technical questions related to DocuSign. Because I was out of town she met with inspectors and contractors as we assessed the condition of the house. When I was nervous she had a cool head and words of wisdom. After buying the house she has given me references for things I needed for the house. I can not say too much about her. She is the best.

We were randomly matched with Tracy when we asked to see a house through a real estate app while on vacation in the area, and it was the best thing that could've happened to us! We were searching from afar once we decided to settle in Evergreen, so she did several virtual showings for us, paid attention to what we liked and didn't like in each home, and even in a tight market with limited inventory, she found us the perfect new home. She was super knowledgeable about the market, helped connect us with local bankers for the mortgage process, went the extra mile to make our offer stand out, and then went even more extra miles to make sure we were comfortable with a plan forward following issues discovered during the inspection and a few minor delays. We knew we weren't her only clients, but she made us feel like we were, and no question was too big, too small, or too weird. (And we definitely asked some weird questions!) This wasn't the first home we'd ever bought, but thanks to Tracy, the process was the easiest we've ever had in all of our real estate transactions, and we are so thrilled to be settling into our dream home.
