Tracy Moore, with Florida Home Realty Group, is an awesome realtor for the Gulf Harbor neighborhood in New Port Richey, FL. She recently sold a home we owned, but did not live in, in that neighborhood and we were so lucky to have found her. She offered to help us prepare the property for sale, when a forecasted hurricane was on the way, she made sure all the loose items outside the home were stored in the garage, she checked on the home almost daily, she watered the newly planted flowers, and was willing to do anything to help to keep the home "sale ready". More importantly, when we had questions, she always provided prompt and verified answers. She is very trustworthy, a hard worker and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy her clients. I'd definitely utilize her services again.
Tracy represented the sellers in our recent home purchase; as buyers, we were working without a realtor representing us. We had been shopping in the area for 6 or 7 months, so we knew what we were looking for, and when Tracy's listing appeared on Zillow, we contacted her immediately. My wife and I met Tracy when we started looking at open houses. Upon meeting us a second time, she had remembered our names and made us feel valued. Upon purchasing a property, Tracy was there to walk us through a major problem with the selling agent. Tracy was instrumental during closing and kept on top of the loan officer to ensure things were proceeding as planned. Even after closing Tracy noticed that there were accounting mistakes in the title and got them reversed. I would recommended working with Tracy as she was up front, helpful, and kind.
