I truly don't think we could've found a better agent if we had searched the entire metro area first. My husband and I just bought our first home and Tracy did an incredible job of keeping our spirits up when things got stressful. We had sellers that were completely unwilling to negotiate on anything, from closing costs to minute repairs around the house. I was surprised when they left us paint to touch up nail holes...! Being first-time home-buyers, we didn't know exactly what we were in for, but Tracy kept us as well-informed as she possibly could at all times; she was easily accessible by phone & email; and she was always a voice of positivity when things beyond our control would get us distracted. It was reassuring to feel like she was with us every step of the way and we always knew she was being completely transparent. Without exception, I would recommend Tracy to anyone looking for an agent.
