Amazing home purchase through incredible persistence and patience!

Tracy was incredible in my purchase for this beloved home we now have. First of all it was Christmas time when I first saw it and she got me into it immediately and then it went under contract before I could romance it to my partner! But lo and behold, Tracy kept me on the top of the listing brokers radar in the slim but hoped for chance something went sideways with the current contract. Indeed, it did and then Tracy got my offer in front of them in no time, we signed, sealed and delivered effortlessly and its totally due to her professionalism and patience and elegant persistence.
