From the time we knew we would be selling, we started talking to Tracy about what to expect and preparations we should make. When we were ready to list our property, Tracy used her expertise and talked to us about the pricing of the property and contract preparations. Tracy had an excellent photographer who took excellent photos and drone shots. The house looked absolutely beautiful in the listing. Tracy scheduled open houses which were very successful. Tracy was always available by phone and email and kept us informed about potential buyers and their opinions. When did get a buyer, Tracy and her assistant kept us informed about the buyer’s mortgage search and kept us informed of a reports and inspections as they came about. We were very pleased with Tracy’s professionalism and attention to detail during our house sale. We would not hesitate to call on her for assistance again if the need should arise.
