I called to view the house and the selling agent wanted to know if I was ready to make an offer with $$ or pre approval in hand. I said no - she refused to show it! My friends called Tracy, with whom they’d worked with for two home purchases. Not only did Tracy arranged the visit within the hour, but she made appointments to view other homes in the area that met our specifications. We like the house so much I immediately contacted my lender and had a pre approval in hand that afternoon and Tracy helped us make an offer. We went back home to put our house on the market and Tracy worked with our realtor at home to coordinate the sale of our house and the new purchase!
