Working with Tracy was the best experience. I found a property and immediately reached out to her for a showing. This purchase couldn't have happened without Tracy's immediate response time and ability to quickly show the property any time needed. From start to finish all my questions were always answered right away. Texts, phone calls, emails with inspectors and lenders, all were always immediately addressed. I managed to close on a dream rural fixer-upper on acreage, with multiple offers, in less than 35 days!
