My go to realtor
When moving to California several realtors flaked on me or just couldn't find what I was looking for. Then along came Tracy. She knew the area's, the schools, and listened to what I wanted in a home and found several for me to see. When it came time to write an offer, her negotiating skills got me a house on the first try. When it was time to sell I immediately went with Tracy again. Her knowledge of the market, network of photographers and marketing people, and relationship with other realtors had my house sold on the first day! Above all Tracy is a no compromise in ethics and HUGE personality! She has become not only my go to realtor for anytime I move but, also my friend.
