Quality, professional, and Family Style Experience. 5 STARS!!

Tracy Ludlow basically took me under her wing and helped educate me on the sale of my condo. I was clueless on questions to ask or the process. She offered the knowledge to me but more importantly, I felt like I was in great hands. I was able to trust Tracy to take the lead in almost ALL communication surrounding my condo. She negotiated back and forth, multiple times, to give me a sale price I was comfortable entertaining. She offered resources like a cleaning crew, staging help, etc before listing my property on the market. All this was greatly appreciated and did not go un-noticed. I was out of town the weekend which I needed to be out of my condo. She offered to be present, in my place, for the movers to get everything from my sold condo and into my new home. Talk about an experience that was over the top. Tracy treated me like I was part of her family. I could not think of any part of the experience which could have been tweaked to be better- it was the best! Tracy is damn good at her job and knows the industry, very well. Her organization and communication is spot on. I would recommend her to everyone I know. I would also use her again, if I needed her services again.
