Tracy and Carrie began working in the Senior Housing industry, where they worked for over five years as a Property Manager (General Manager of Operations) for Holiday Retirement in Auburn California. They credit their background in marketing and former experience as a Team of Operations Manager’s with Holiday Retirement for providing a strong foundation for their entrepreneurial real estate career. Ready for a new challenge, Tracy received his Real Estate Salesperson License in the fall of 2017 and then went on to get his Associate Broker's license in 2023. Carrie worked as a Regional Operations Manager in the Staffing Industry and then joined Tracy as his assistant in 2018 until obtaining her license in 2022 then they became "The Team Lowe"

Excellent choice!

Best Real Estate Agent experience!

Tracy and Carrie are the best to work with. We have bought and sold quite a few homes throughout the years, and they are hands down the best. They are both very knowledgeable and they really listen. They always kept in contact with us on what was going on. Very detailed throughout the process, and their negotiation skills are AMAZING!! Our whole process from start to finish was about 3 weeks. They both go above and beyond. Very professional, honest and make you feel like you known them forever. They are top notch and highly recommended! We have our forever realtors!

The Team Lowe could not have been better to work with

The Team Lowe could not have been better to work with. The earned our trust immediately and were always extremely helpful and very responsive. They are very knowledgeable and worked hard for us throughout the process. We ended up working with them by accident as they responded back to us because of a property that we were interested in through Zillow. They communicated with us both by phone and text messaging and were always very prompt getting information back to us.
