Our experience with Tracy on the sale of our dream home was incredibly positive! It was a most difficult decision to sell our Montana dream on Bull Lake after 19 years. Tracy was sensitive to this from the very beginning and we felt she absolutely had our best interests in mind all along the way. At our first meeting, Tracy had done her homework. She was prepared with comparables, gave details on how she would promote the property, a timeline of the process and was responsive to questions/concerns. She was always open to input, but realistic as well. Tracy spent hours working with us on reaching a realistic listing price, preparing a accurate and appealing listing, participated actively in the staging process for the professional photos, drone video and photos, as well as preparation, when necessary, for showings. She then set about actively selling our home. We must include her husband/partner Michael Dunn, who was also active from "sprucing up" the adjacent lot, offering to help mow lawns, moving furnishings, etc, as my husband has a bad back. He was another informed source of details about what was transpiring with our listing/escrow. Tracy kept us well informed giving us feedback of interest in the home, and during escrow process either by phone or email. Tracy re-listed our home in mid April 2020 (after a short listing in fall and removal during winter) and had two showings first weekend of May 2020. We signed the paperwork to sell it 5-5-2020. Tracy sold 3 homes on Bull Lake, including ours, in a matter of weeks. We highly recommend Tracy as a realtor.
