I started working with Tracy by just calling the RealtyUSA office and talking to her on the phone. I knew immediately she was going to be so helpful and really look for what was best for me. I dragged her through tons of homes and I never once felt pressured to settle. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She worked really hard to get to know me and help me figure out what I needed in a home as a first time buyer. Tracy is so genuine, honest, and caring which I quickly learned is rare in the realtor business. She made the home buying process so much easier and less stressful than it could have been by answering all of my questions and making herself available to me all the time. Tracy helped us recently find a home in the Syracuse area. This was a first home purchase, and she really took the time to answer all questions, get an excellent feel for what we needed and was always available. Tracy really made the process easy and took the worry out of it, she coordinated well with our loan company and lawyer and looked out for us in the negotiations and really pointed out any concerns and potential pitfalls.
