9 years ago Tracy helped us find what we thought was our forever home. A lot of things changed over the past few years, so we decided that a move to Florida was what we wanted, so we put our house up for sale on a Wednesday, by Thursday afternoon we accepted an offer for full asking price. Even when we weren’t specifically doing business, I always could count on Tracy to answer any questions I may have about real estate or any related topic.

We found our home the first day we switched realtors. Tracy came to our rescue and we found our home instantly.

She finds you what your looking for. She communicates regularly she found us a home and sold our other one. When we were worried she reassured us and made us feel better. I could never of found this amazing home without her and I don't think I would have sold my house as fast as I did without her help either. She is just awesome. I had started out with another realtor and we were looking for a home for 4 months and never found one the day I decided to ditch that realtor and work with Tracy was a breath of fresh air and she listened to us and found us what we were looking for.

Tracy has helped our family on more then one occasion. This one happened to be at the start of the COVID pandemic. There were so many challenges.
