1. What is your professional/educational background?
Professionally, I have experience as the Business Manager for a Digital Marketing Company helping to maintain their books and provide administrative support. I also have experience in the banking industry as a loan review analyst reviewing loan files for accurrancy and pertinent information. I have culminated all that experience into my passion for real estate. I obtained my license to work with clients in the process of buying and selling homes. My educational background includes obtaining an associates degree from The Ohio State University, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration form Franklin University, a bookkeeping certificate from Columbus State and my real estate license from Hondros.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I chose a career in real estate because it is a true passion of mine. I love the investigative process of searching for homes for clients to purchase. I also enjoy the research involved with pricing a home for sale. I take great pride in working with clients to help them make the biggest investment of their lifetime. I enjoy educating them on the process of buying and selling and the steps involved in every transaction. I am often asked what is my hobby, my answer is always, Real Estate.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I live in Powell, Ohio and have been a resident here for over 23 years. I grew up in a small town just north of Powell, Prospect, Ohio, so I have been a resident of Central Ohio my entire life. I love Powell because of it's proximity to all the things!
4. How do you spend your free time?
Spending time with my husband and children. My kids are active in soccer and rowing, so, in my free time I'm on the sidelines cheering them on. When we are out of season, we love to ride bikes to our local ice cream shops, play board games, watch movies and watch football or soccer.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
My family, of course, my pets, tennis shoes, kindle and pistachios.
