My wife and I were very happy with working with Tracy. She went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. She is happy to show you as many properties as you want, she will give you good feedback, will not pressure you to do anything you don't want to - will give you space to make your decisions, looks out for your interests and bring to your attention any issues. She will coordinate with financial firm, appraisers, surveyors, title company etc and keep give you updates. He is very quick to reply to any questions/queries you have. You should call Tracy and I am sure you will be very happy with your decision. We saw many properties over a couple of months with as many as 9-10 on a single day but did not like anything. But she was happy to take us through all of them and kept looking for more that would fit out needs and kept offering to show to more. We had almost given up when we found the perfect little house for us in the perfect location. But it had really difficult sellers who originally listed it for 15-20K over market. She was instrumental in getting the seller to pay for the home appraisal upfront as she was sure that the ask was above market and she wasn't sure the seller would come down did not want us to be stuck with the charge. She also got additional written disclosures from sellers about the property. We finally gave an offer 3K above market, she counseled us on going above market but as we really liked the location - we also had neighbors we know very well - we decided to give the best offer we could do. The sellers were still difficult and we had almost given up on buying a house but Tracy kept at it negotiated with the other side, kept giving them facts about the house and the rate they are asking. She also gave up a part of her realtor fee to get the sellers on board with selling which is far beyond any realtor needs to do. Give her a try I am sure you wont be disappointed.

Tracy truly does it all! She contracted a professional photographer to stage and bring out the highlights of our house for the listing, was always available, and negotiated to our benefit - right down to the end when listing our home. She also found us a convenient rental property and guided us through the application process. We are currently building a home and even though we did not use a realtor, she was there to answer questions and calm nerves. Through it all, I knew she always had our best interest at heart. She goes way above and beyond for her clients and is always accessible. She's a true friend at the end of the process. Everyone needs someone in the business they can trust.
