Tracy helped me sell my house on Sagehill Drive. I had been in the house for 29 years. She taught me so much about the ins and outs of house selling. I had no idea how to go about selling until I met Tracy. She helped me go through items I had held on to for decades. She even sold some of the items I no longer needed. My house needed some repairs She made all the arrangements to have the repairs made and assisted me in doing some of the repairs myself. She helped me stage the house for viewing. I needed to sell my father's home after his death. I had no idea where to start. His will specified "sell as is", but the deed was still under an old trust he had set up and dissolved. I got in touch with Tracy who assured me that she could assist with navigating through the trust and will. She reassured me that yes, in fact we could sell as is. What was a daunting and sad process was made simple with Tracy's help and compassion. My dad had owned that house for 62 years and there was a lot of emotional connection to it. Tracy treated me and my sisters as if we were family, and respected the sell of the house as if it were her own families.
