Not being able to find a home we wanted on the Olympic Peninsula, we decided to look north to Whatcom and Skagit counties, but didn't know anyone, nor did we have a referral. So, we replied to a house we found on-line in Sudden Valley near Bellingham, not knowing who, or even if, a realtor would respond. The very next day a woman named Tracy Hinojosa reached out to us, and we had a house within a week. Boy were we blessed with Tracy! Talk about someone responsive, friendly, knowledgable, committed, and so available! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. If you are considering moving to Whatcom or Skagit counties, you would do well to reach out to Tracy. We did, and have become friends ever since.

I decided to relocate to Bellingham from Chicago, and because of COVID-19 I had to navigate my new purchase without having a chance to visit in person. Tracy was extremely patient as I sold my old condo and helped me research neighborhoods etc. When it was time to start shopping, Tracy was very thorough taking pictures and videos for me to make me as comfortable as possible with making such a big purchase sight unseen. I highly recommend her to help find your new home in Bellingham.

Wow, wow, wow! As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect, but I certainly didn't expect the process to be as easy and streamlined as Tracy made it. We met Tracy when we toured our house, and she knew we loved it as much as she did. We were ready to put an offer in after just seeing the home, but Tracy went above and beyond by taking us on a guided tour of the entire neighborhood to show us all of the amenities, which made us even more excited. Tracy had our offer prepared immediately, was always available for questions and advice, and checked in at every step. Her office provided weekly email progress reports of where we were in the process, what we needed to take care of and when. Buying a home is a whirlwind of lots of moving parts and things happening very fast. I felt confident the entire time that we were in great hands with Tracy. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I met Tracy by chance when there was a specific property I was interested in on Zillow, but I am so glad she was the agent that showed up! After that chance meeting, Tracy showed me 4 other listings, the last of which I bought. Tracy was always responded immediately when I expressed interest in a listing and was very flexible on dates and times to view homes. Once I began the actual process of buying a home, I was pleased to find out that Tracy is very knowledgeable on the entire process and her and her time guided me through with ease. I highly recommend Tracy!

Tracy is amazing. Not only were we moving, but we were also moving all the way across the country. We completely relied on Tracy to find us what we were looking for and she did not disappoint. She spent months helping us find the kind of property we were looking for and then once we were in the area she wasted no time at getting us out to see our top choices. We were able to find one we loved the first day and then Tracy was with us every step of the way. She helped make everything so easy!! We only had to worry about selling our old house and then moving out. I would highly recommend Tracy if you are looking to purchase property in the area.
