Tracy did a great job selling a home for me. It was a complicated sale because there were two homes together in two separate lots. She was able to negotiate with the HOA group and managed to get approval. Also the buyers seemed to experience problems with their lenders and she helped on that. I would definitely recommend Tracy to sell or buy a home, (she was my son's realtor also). She's someone you want on your side!!!
