Upon meeting Tracy, we found her to be immediately personable, putting us at ease while, at the same time, confidently conveying professionalism and experience. I am certain we would not be in our new home without Tracy’s advice and support. Tracy stayed up-to-date on the ever-changing regulations and guidelines imposed on the industry as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and kept us informed of everything we needed to be aware of. She tactfully navigated the often-conflicting opinions between my husband and myself, patiently showing us several homes as she got to know our individual styles, ultimately helping us find the best of both worlds in our current home. Her advice was spot on with regard to placing an offer and we felt very confident having Tracy be our eyes and ears throughout escrow as we were out-of-state for most of the transaction. We are now happily settled in and feel fortunate to call Tracy a friend.
