We are repeat clients for Tracy Grubb. Our most recent sell/buy transaction was a business owned rental property. This type of transaction is much more complex than a typical residential property sell and buy. The IRS has strict procedures that must be followed, in a very specific order, and in a limited time-frame. If not, significant capital gains and other taxes ($$$$) will be assessed by the IRS. Thankfully, Tracy was familiar with these transactions and had the necessary resources to satisfy the requirements. Tracy’s extensive knowledge and professional services are beyond compare. Her communication and negotiation skills were put to the test with this transaction and it was completed on time with all the restrictions met.
