I feel so blessed to have worked with Tracy Graham as our realtor. We were nervous to start the home buying process, but from our first meeting with her we knew we were in great hands. I have known Tracy for years through a business leads group. Whenever she spoke I was fascinated at all of the things she knew and all of the pitfalls that can happen during the sale of a home. Tracy goes above and beyond your typical Realtor. I know, because we contacted her more than a year and a half before we wanted to sell. She made some great suggestions about upgrades to prepare for the sale and visited us a couple of times before we actually went to market. Tracy sold our home in 3 days.
