I am writing this review for Tracy Garrett. Tracy is a knowledgeable and phenomenal realtor. She assisted in the selling of my Uncles home after he unexpectedly passed away. I am in California and only had a weeks time to go to Kentucky and take care of his affairs. She assisted in preparing the house, working with our Probate Attorney, and listing and selling within 2 months. She is well informed and has very close ties to the community. She listened to our needs and was compassionate during our difficult time. She too was facing a sensitive time in her family and she still worked with us. I appreciate her efficiency and compassion and highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
