Tracy is amazing! I recently acquired multiple homes and was somewhat unaware of how I should proceed. I found Tracy through Facebook and was not disappointed. She helped me tremendously overcome roadblock after roadblock (not her fault). I thought for sure she would grow tired of all of the problems with these properties. Through all the problems and unforeseen circumstances, I finally closed on one of the most troublesome properties. Tracy is knowledgable, professional, and straight forward. I can say when I call she usually picked up on the first ring! Did I mention that I live in Las Vegas, and had to do pretty much everything over the phone? I can honestly say that I picked the right realtor! One day, my family will move back to the area and if Tracy is still here, you can bet we will call her! Wow...where to start. There isnt enough space for us to tell anyone how awesome Tracy was and what she means to us. Throughout our entire process Tracy was incredible. From helping us sort through the homes that fit our needs,to being always available to answer any question we had. We had a situation where we needed to choose and close fast (VA LOAN),and Tracy did everything we asked and also some things we would have never thought to ask. She is so knowledgeable about everything, and add to it a amazing personality and patience. Anyone in the area looking for a home would serve them selves well to ask for her. Not once did we ever feel like just a payday or we were taking up her time. So in conclusion, Tracy Gaines deserves 10 stars 4 thumbs up and a heck yes. Do yourself a favor and call her. Tracey did a wonderful job selling my house. I had a different realtor before Tracey, She had my house on the market for six months. She could not sell my house in six months! Tracey had my house sold in less than 30 days. If I knew anyone that needed a realtor,I would definitely recommend Tracey Gaines and this firm!

Tracy worked so well for us during this long distance process. She was our spokesperson when one contract fell through and stepped up immediately to help us find the perfect home! She handled the walk through and closing and met us with keys to the house on our arrival in town.

From the day we met Tracy she devoted an entire afternoon driving us around the desired neighborhoods we chose in Pensacola. We were here celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary and were feeling the areas out for retirement. When we flew back to our home in Pa. Tracy continued to keep in touch via email with current listings with our specific criteria for a home, mainly a pool for almost 6 months. When it came down to crunch time because we sold our Pa. home we flew back to Pensacola with a 5 day deadline to decide on a home; we had chosen several to tour and she had them all lined up and ready to see. Luckily on the first day and the second home we looked at we fell in love! Tracy was quick to submit our offer and include things in the contract we hadn't thought of, and our offer was accepted! She made everything as stress free as possible with the purchase of our new home. Professional, efficient, and super personable is how I would describe our experience with Tracy.
