Tracy can and will go to great lengths to resolve what you may want or need in a real estate transaction. There are dozens of issues that can come up in a sale/ purchase and Tracy is the professional you can be confident in. She must have a great deal experience and personal capability to resolve the sales she achieves. You would be hard pressed to find an agent/broker who will work through the dozens of issues that can arise. Finding a house or finding a buyer is only about 5% of the effort she will put forth in working on your transaction. She stays in good humor while working through what appear to be daunting problems.
