We used Tracy Ferguson for the sale of our house in Valencia, CA. Tracy was very professional from the very first meeting and took copious notes on the positives and negatives of the house. (We had a leased solar panel system which seemed to be a huge deterrent for buyers.) Tracy worked tirelessly to find agents that had dealt with leased solar before and even met with the solar company to brainstorm ways of making the system a huge positive. We had over thirty people look at our property and Tracy scheduled the appointments flawlessly. She is also a fantastic negotiator and always has the best interest of the seller in mind. In the end, we were able to sell our home for $5k over asking price and that's even with a similar house for sale across the street for ours.
