Tracy helped make our first home purchase as smooth and organized as possible. (We had a short sale so we would have been lost without her.) She took the time to show us multiple listings, got to know our family and our needs, and she got us into the home we now LOVE. Tracy knew the area quite well, had answers to all our questions, always answered the phone, and was with us through every step of what turned out to be a long process. She was always patient and professional. We will not be hesitating to contact her for any future purchases or to refer her to family and friends.
