Tracy is a great real estate agent! Not being from the area, we didn't know what we didn't know. Tracy, being a long time local, knew the plusses and minuses of every neighborhood we were interested in. She knew about insurance issues, taxes, tree trimming laws and other things we had no way of knowing about. She really helped us finding a great home. Tracy also helped a lot in negotiating our way through the whole buying process. Our financing was tricky and got delayed. We could have blown the deal and lost our future home easily but she got us the extension we needed and smoothed it out with the sellers. Tracy was always on top of each aspect of the process. She always picked up when I called and responded to emails and texts in minutes or less. She will also be handling the renting of our new home until we are ready to move.
