The most important factor in choosing an agent is communication. Tracy was an excellent communicator and kept in frequent contact regarding the sale of our home(and purchase of our subsequent home). She was wonderful to work with selling our home and was also very helpful in our search for our next home. What a great buying experience! Tracy listened to my top property desires and was really dogged in finding the perfect house. Buying from a distance, Tracy did video walk throughs when I couldn't be there in person, advised on pros and cons of the neighborhoods I was interested in, and was honest when a property might not be ideal for my needs. She even found a honest and talented electrician and plumber for the older 1920s bungalow we bought, and has continued to be incredibly helpful even after the purchase was completed.
