My wife and I met with Tracy through another experience and ended up hiring her to be our listing agent and it couldn’t have went any better. After sitting down and going over a realistic asking price for our home it was under contract within a week of being on the market. The breakdown of comparable homes in the area, the willingness to listen and make us feel heard and respected was a refreshing experience. Selling/buying a home can be one of the most stressful times you have as and adult, that being said to have a realtor who’s going to bat, getting aggressive when needed all while maintaining professionalism makes all the difference.
