Military service family, while working on getting loan pre approval, Tracy was recommended to us. We began correspondence with Tracy about 5 months out over email, phone and text. She was very attentive. We were moving to Florida from Hawaii and had no information about the areas so she gave us highlights on the nearby cities and sent listings to us to get an idea for what we wanted. We really wanted a newer home or new construction near work that had the sq feet or land we wanted but she let us know pretty quickly that it would be hard to find. Once my family found what we wanted though she showed up to every meeting and walk through with the seller/builder, she helped point out possible issues or concerns and followed up with all parties to ensure everything was handled in a timely manner. She’s honest, caring and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the experience and care throughout our home purchase. We highly recommend her and would use her again.
