Tracy has been wonderful to work with. I started browsing potential houses to buy late 2023 with the intention of buying some time in 2024. Tracy did not push to get a deal ASAP just to get business. She refined search criteria throughout the 6 months we have been in contact. Once the process began in earnest, she was quick to act and walked through every step of the process with great detail.
