This summer Tracy Brink was our Real-estate Agent in the sale of our home. Tracy gave us much advice on how to get our home ready to sell. We listened to her advice and put a lot of time and work into prepping our house to sell. I really feel this helped our house sell quickly and was well worth our effort. The pictures she had the photographer take really highlighted the best qualities in our home and made it attractive to sellers. This is so important since buyers first impression is usually online before they even see the home in person. Tracy was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. She made sure that we were her number one priority and helped us to understand every step along the way, especially since we had never sold a home before. Throughout the process she made sure to ask the right questions for us, kept us informed and updated, did additional research, and made sure that our needs were heard and met. Tracy really helped us with making important decisions by informing us of all the possible angles and pros and cons to a situation.
